Incorrect Information
I had one phone call with the attorney and it was easily one of the most unprofessional interactions I’ve ever had with a lawyer. He came onto the call sounding irritated from the start, talked over me, dismissed my questions, and cut me off mid-sentence multiple times. At one point he even told me to “get that garbage out of your head,” which was shocking to hear from a professional. There was zero compassion and absolutely no effort to understand my situation.
What bothered me most was that some of the information he gave me was flat-out incorrect. When I asked basic questions about my options, he either shut me down or gave answers that did not even line up with the law. Instead of helping or explaining anything, he acted annoyed that I even asked. For a bankruptcy attorney, that is unacceptable.
The paralegal I spoke with beforehand was actually very polite and helpful — the issue was strictly the attorney’s attitude and lack of accuracy.
In my entire life, I’ve never had an interaction with a professional so bad that it made me want to leave a negative review — until now.
Based on my experience (and seeing so many other reviews describing the exact same behavior), I cannot recommend this office. If you’re looking for an attorney who knows the law, listens, communicates clearly, or shows basic respect, this is not the place.
