I hired this firm expecting professional guidance and clear communication throughout the immigration process. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I paid a significant amount of money upfront, but over time, I began to feel that my case was not being handled with the attention or transparency I was promised. There were repeated delays, minimal communication, and I often had to follow up multiple times just to get basic updates. I did not feel like I was treated as a priority. The lack of responsiveness made an already stressful immigration process even more difficult for me and my family. In the end, I regret the amount of time and money spent here without receiving the level of service or results that were initially discussed. I strongly encourage anyone considering this firm to ask specific questions about timelines, communication expectations, and exactly what services are included in the fees you’re paying. This review reflects my personal experience and is shared to provide honest feedback to both the firm and future clients.

my name is Roberto Ramírez, and I am submitting this formal complaint regarding the conduct of Corona Law and its lead representative, Mr. Ricky Corona. This correspondence is written in full seriousness and with the intent of documenting what I believe to be severe breaches of professional ethics and integrity. I initially engaged Corona Law in good faith, trusting that the firm would handle my legal matters with diligence, confidentiality, and professionalism. Unfortunately, my experience was the exact opposite. I was met with a disturbing lack of communication, unexplained delays, and most concerning of all — inappropriate public remarks made by Mr. Corona regarding my private case. It is unacceptable for a licensed attorney to discuss or imply details of a client’s legal situation outside of the professional context. Mr. Corona’s alleged statements not only violated the expectation of confidentiality but also damaged my personal reputation and caused unnecessary emotional distress. Such behavior — if accurately represented — constitutes a serious violation of client–attorney trust, as well as a clear disregard for the ethical obligations established by the Florida Bar. I was deeply shocked to witness a professional, bound by duty and confidentiality, engage in conduct that can be interpreted as both defamatory and irresponsible. I am therefore requesting a written apology and acknowledgment from Corona Law addressing this misconduct, as well as a formal internal review of Mr. Corona’s professional behavior. I expect transparency and accountability from any law firm that claims to serve its clients with integrity. While I understand that errors can occur in the practice of law, the breach of trust and the harm caused in this situation go beyond professional oversight — they strike at the core of what the attorney–client relationship should represent.

I’m leaving this review to share how poorly my friend’s mom was treated by Corona Law Firm and attorney Nina Tarafa. From what I witnessed, Nina was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the entire divorce process. She would roll her eyes at my friend’s mom, cut her off when she was speaking, and made her feel like her concerns didn’t matter. It also took Nina 2–3 business days to respond to important questions, even when the situation required urgent attention. For someone charging $5,000 in less than six months, you’d expect better communication and respect. The secretaries were no better they constantly cut her off on calls and put her on hold. Overall, this firm showed a complete lack of care and professionalism. I would not recommend Corona Law Firm or Nina Tarafa to anyone.
The team at Corona guided us very competently through our immigration process. We were well prepared and well organised and the process was completed more quickly than expected and with far less stress and uncertainty than would have been the case had we tried it without their expertise. We recommend the firm and its professionals’ advice.
