I will like to thank you, The lawyer’s and staff (Miriam) for the fast and accurate service on my lawsuit agains my home Insurance, it wouldn’t be for the Lawyers I would’nt have received nothing. I recently used Octavio Mella, with Stabinski law, for a situation with an HoA. It was a complicated issue and they handled it masterfully. Miriam, the receptionist, and Tia, the legal assistant, were always so pleasant and professional. Octavio was always available when I needed him. Situations were handled promptly as they arose. Not only did Stabinski Law help us get a fair settlement from our home insurance after hurricane Ian, they also helped us get out of a lawsuit when a roofer tried to take advantage of our situation. Stabinski is the way to go if your issue regards an HOA like mine! Mine refused to reroof our condos regardless of all the companies that told them it was needed especially after all the hurricane damage. I reached out to Stabinski and they took it from there. Octavio was wonderful to work with and answered all my questions and follow ups with perfect timing and in result we won the suit and now have a brand new roof along with $ to fix the interior damage it caused to my ceilings!
